caper sauce for broiled/grilled fish
mom replaced the regular meat casseroles of my childhood with a recent run on broiling and grilling fish.
here's mom's special sauce for swordfish (also good on salmon filet)
1 tsp grey pouponcombine all ingredients in a blender and blend on low for 2 minutes - slowly add 1/3 cup olive oil as blender is running on low. serve on top of broiled or grilled fish.
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tbl capers
1 tbl caper brine
1 tbl lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
