People have been applying heat to food since the dawn of time.  Over the years we've seen changes in food preferences, food preparation.  New technology and access to new ingredients vie with health issues and trends to make for changing menus worldwide.

Today's young chefs take food and reinterpret it in their own kitchens.  Someday, they'll run the restaurants where we take our dates.  We're going to talk to some young folks who are cooking up some stuff like you've never seen.
