Congratulations, Justin -- when do we get to see pictures?!?!

Pictures - When the deal is done! Plaster walls over my head, stretching my toes upon new wood.

Thanks for asking James. All I have now is a rented apartment for a few weeks, and a promise over the phone that a woman with a house wants to sell it to me. That was enough to drive me to shout hossanah on the world wide web. I'm easy!

Beyond the personal into the legal, I guess we go, she and I, over the next few weeks. And then, a house. And then, pictures.

You know, a lot of people used to talk about hesitation investing in real estate. Not these days! Justin, congratulations on a great equity investment. If you ever have a raffle for web posting topics, may I please submit: Real Estate (especially the Current Market).

Congrats!

But be wary of making "personal guarantees" -- that's legally binding!

Good luck Justin! Please post your thoughts on Nathan's book too ;)

I am so damned excited for you and I wish you health and happiness in your new home.

BTW, the makeup looks great on you too. :)

Mr. Cautious, that's our Justin! I bet he'd forget to be wary when large grey aliens abduct him and start with the metal orifice probing. He'd strike up a conversation at 100 words per second, I'm sure, and charm them as they did whatever they do to his various wazooni.

Welcome to the neighborhood!

My girlfriend bought a house in CC, and she loves it. The town is like something out of a David Lynch film. Everything is almost too good. Someone is hiding behind the mailbox.
